After graduation developed his professional career as a freelancer taking an interest in the Design and Construction Supervision of civil and industrial works. In 1992 qualified as a teacher of "Construction and Building Technology" and appointed lecturer in various state technical colleges in the Province of Cagliari until 2006. In 1998 formed the Engineering Firm "TECNOLAV ENGINEERING Srl" which operates primarily in the areas of civil, industrial and infrastructure works. The firm has a multidisciplinary and integrated approach to the engineering field in accordance with specific procedures and instructions of an Integrated Management System. In 2010, the Company entered the "Consortium Leonardo", a Permanent European Consortium of Engineering Firms that operate with high quality standards in the areas of architecture, civil engineering and environmental engineering. In 2011 Tecnolav opened a foreign office in Sofia (Bulgaria). From 1998 to date, has covered the position of Legal Representative, Managing Director and Technical Director of Tecnolav Engineering S.r.l. and has held different professional roles from time to time associated with the development of the individual contracts acquired (Project Manager, Designer, Safety Coordinator in design and execution). In 2005 was appointed regional representative of OICE (Association of Organization of Engineering and Technical Consultants - Economic) for Sardinia. In June of 2008, was nominated President of the Interregional Council of OICE by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. In May of 2013 represented OICE in Brussels at the "General Assembly Meeting" of EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations). In May 2014 became member of EFCA Board of Directors. In 2013 represented OICE in Barcelona, and Italian Engineering at the World Conference for the centenary of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers). Also represented OICE in Rio de Janeiro (2014) and in Dubai (2015) at the World Conference of FIDIC. In January 2016 was appointed Sole Administrator of the Consortium Leonardo.
